OBSERVATIONS:

1.        The purpose of the visit was to certify payment application by Quality Construction.

2.        The roof trusses have been installed. Hurricane straps appear to have been installed per Structural Engineer’s Schedule. Roof deck has been leveled at areas required with 2X members nailed to trusses.

3.        Roof sheathing has been installed and covered with 30lb. building paper dry-in. 2 X 6 sub-fascia has been installed at eave perimeter.

4.        “Blue-board” insulating panels have been provided at exterior masonry walls. PT furring strips have been installed over insulation.

5.        Interior frame partition walls are in the process of being constructed.

6.        Tradesmen were working under the supervision of Quality Construction.

7.        The jobsite appears to be orderly and free of excessive amounts of debris.

ACTION ITEMS:

1.        Harry Gandy Howle Architects to provide revised Master Bathroom shower seat layout as requested by Owner.

2.        Quality Construction to provide shop drawings and performance specifications of exterior windows and doors prior to purchase and installation.
