                                      Interior Tile

OBSERVATIONS:

1.        The purpose of the visit was to inspect the interior tile work for fit and finish.

2.        Ceramic floor tile has been installed throughout the residence.

3.        Master Bathroom tile work has been completed.

4.        Guest Bathrooms are in the process of being completed. They are approximately
50% complete at this time. Rope tile borders have been installed, field tile work is
currently underway.

5.        The exterior of the residence has been painted, per the colors selected by the Owner.

6.        The exterior shutters have been installed.

7.        The decorative electrical fixtures have been installed, now that exterior painting
work is substantially complete.

8.        Tradesmen were working under the supervision of Quality Construction.

9.        The jobsite appears to be orderly and free of excessive amounts of debris.

ACTION ITEMS:

1.        At the northwest corner of the residence, there are marks on the exterior wall which
will require touch-up painting prior to project delivery.
